The Royale Edition Royale Gold iPhone Air: Ornate Metal, Soft Shell
The Royale Gold iPhone Air brings baroque ornament to our Mother of Pearl iPhone Air collection. Its foundation is a brand-new, unlocked Apple iPhone Air. In our Dubai atelier its rear panel is exchanged for a new one carrying the design, and the titanium frame is plated in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum at 5–7 microns.
Around the camera, the top of the back carries engraved Baroque scrollwork. Directly beneath, a polished chevron band is held by small screw fixings, and polished rails with line detail and fixings run down each edge. Everything else is genuine mother of pearl: natural nacre that throws pink, green and silver flashes as it turns, so no two Royale panels are ever alike. Worked metal against soft shell is the whole idea.
Shell and Metal Reworked Outside, Apple Through and Through
Our work is confined to the exterior. The mother of pearl is set into the replacement back panel, the metal parts of that panel are plated, and the titanium frame takes the same finish. Nobody opens the display, A19 Pro chip, cameras, battery or internal parts, which is why Face ID, the 48MP Fusion camera, 5G, eSIM, Apple Pay and iOS updates keep working as usual.
Wireless charging is possible on some Royale configurations, so please confirm yours with the Leronza sales team before you order. Charging through the USB‑C port works on every Royale.
