How Leronza.com Handles Your Personal Data
Responsible company: Leronza Electronics Trading LLC, DubaiData requests: support@leronza.com
Who is responsible for my data?
Leronza Electronics Trading LLC, which runs Leronza.com and sells GoldPrivé pieces, determines why and how your details are processed.
The same rules apply whether you reach us on the website, through WhatsApp, by email, by phone or in person at the Aswar Building showroom.
What do you gather about me?
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Contact and order data | Your name, email, phone, addresses for billing and delivery, what you bought, the finish and engraving you picked, and our correspondence. |
| Your device | Its model plus serial or IMEI, if you hand it to us for personalisation or repair. |
| Payments | Only a success or failure notice from the gateway; Leronza never sees or keeps the full card number. |
| Browsing data | IP address, browser, device, pages opened and the link that brought you here, gathered by cookies and similar tools. |
| Feedback | Optional replies to our satisfaction questionnaires. |
Why do you need it?
Fulfilment: to build, personalise, ship and support what you ordered, and to agree design details with you.
Aftercare: to handle warranty requests and log each certificate serial in our authenticity records.
Security: to check it is really you when you phone us, and to block fraudulent orders.
Updates and offers: to tell you about changes to your purchase and, unless you object, about new GoldPrivé designs.
Improvement and compliance: to learn which pages work, and to satisfy tax, accounting and lawful government requests.
Who else receives it?
Your details are not for sale or rent, ever. A limited set of partners receive what their task requires:
| Partner | Task |
|---|---|
| CCAvenue & Coinbase Commerce | Taking card and cryptocurrency payments |
| Delivery firms | Moving parcels to you and repair items to and from our workshop |
| Traffic measurement and listing our products on Google Shopping | |
| Meta | Showing our catalogue on Facebook and Instagram, and WhatsApp chats you open with us |
| Web hosting and IT | Keeping Leronza.com online and secure |
Summary figures about visits or sales, stripped of anything that could identify you, may be shared. Where a court or authority lawfully demands information, we comply.
Which cookies does the site set?
Necessary cookies remember your bag, chosen currency and sign-in. Measurement cookies from Google show which pages people use. Advertising tags from Google and Meta help us show relevant products.
Outside advertisers may place their own cookies; their handling of data falls under their policies, not ours.
Your browser lets you refuse or clear cookies, though checkout needs the necessary ones.
How do I stop receiving offers?
Use the link at the foot of any newsletter, or email support@leronza.com. Messages about orders you have placed will still reach you.
Does my data leave the UAE?
It can, because several partners run servers in other countries. We choose recognised companies that apply suitable protection.
How long do you keep records?
Purchase, warranty and certificate records stay for as long as service, warranty and legal bookkeeping duties require. Mailing-list data goes when you unsubscribe or ask for erasure.
How is it protected?
Every page loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection, payments run through specialist gateways, and access to customer records is restricted. Even so, no online system is beyond risk.
What can I ask for?
UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 gives you the right to obtain a copy of your data, have mistakes fixed, have it erased, limit or object to its use, and take back any consent.
Email support@leronza.com. We will confirm who you are first, and certain records such as tax invoices must legally be retained.
Is the site for under-18s?
No. Leronza.com serves adults, and we do not knowingly gather information about minors.
What about websites you link to?
Their own privacy rules govern them; check those before sharing anything there.
Will this notice change?
