As its name suggests, the Meandros Blessing Eye Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra sets the meander, the endlessly turning Greek key, around a watchful blue eye. Its foundation is a brand-new, unlocked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. In Dubai, our atelier swaps the rear glass for a fresh back panel, plates it 5–7 microns deep in Platinum, Rose Gold or 24K Gold, and gives the camera surround that same metal. Three sister amulets complete the Evil Eye line within our Galaxy Z Fold8 gold collection.
The medallion rises just below the lenses and is made of 18K solid gold. Around its rim, black Greek key segments turn in sequence; inside them lies a ring of textured gold, and the middle is held by a blue evil eye with an enamel-look finish. Being stone-free, it is the most graphic amulet in the collection. Elsewhere the back is simply polished metal, carrying a small GoldPrivé mark close to the base. Whichever metal you pick, the price is unchanged.

At close range on 24K Gold, the Meandros Blessing Eye Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra shows how its layers stack: dark key shapes on the outside, dotted and textured gold inside them, the blue eye in the middle. Nothing beyond the back panel, the camera surround and the amulet is touched. Samsung’s hinge and frame receive no plating, so the fold moves as intended, and the inner and cover screens, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chip, the 200MP main camera and the battery all remain as supplied.
5G, eSIM, Galaxy AI and Samsung’s updates continue unchanged. A metal back cannot pass the signals needed for wireless charging or Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay, so tap-to-pay is unavailable and this foldable is charged with a USB‑C cable.

Which parts does Leronza change?

Can I charge it wirelessly or pay with a tap?
Neither is possible. Metal stops both wireless charging and the NFC link Samsung Wallet uses, so the Meandros Blessing Eye Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is charged over USB‑C and Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay cannot be used.

How do warranty and water resistance change?
Samsung may class a customised phone as modified, and that can affect the manufacturer warranty. The phone is also not water resistant after customisation. Leronza Care looks after the customised elements.
How does Meandros compare with the other Evil Eye designs?
