Nucleus 1.0 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 in 24K Gold, Rose Gold & Platinum
Price range: $ 4,590 through $ 5,290$ 2,690
The simplest Nucleus: one wide chevron of polished metal across a dark hexagon relief, on Samsung’s new, wider Galaxy Z Fold8. Choose the metal and one of five panel colours; Samsung’s frame and hinge are left unplated.
Where Nucleus Begins Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8
Every series needs a first chapter, and for Nucleus it is this: the Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8, one confident sweep of polished metal and nothing more. The starting point is a sealed, unlocked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, the all-new wide foldable Samsung describes as the world’s lightest. Our Dubai atelier removes its glass rear and fits a replacement panel embossed with dark, interlocking hexagons, then plates the chevron in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum to a depth of 5–7 microns, entirely by hand.
Because the Fold8 is broad and almost square when closed, the chevron can travel nearly the full width, curving softly down to a point at its middle. Tiny screw heads sit at its tips and at that lowest point. Above it, the plated surround of the camera island frames both lenses; below it, a generous stretch of hexagons runs on to a GoldPrivé nameplate at the base. Noir is the colour photographed, with Verdant, Royale Blue, Crimson Red and Rose Fuchsia available at an identical price. The frame and hinge remain unplated, as they do across our Rhodium Galaxy Z Fold8 range.
Quiet Confidence A Single Line, Fully Samsung
Seen closely, the curve has the gleam of a polished bracelet clasp, bright against a ground that swallows light. Chevron, nameplate, panel and lens surround make up our entire contribution. We leave the Armor Aluminum frame and Armor FlexHinge without plating so every fold closes cleanly, and the phone’s interior is never exposed. Samsung’s 7.6-inch main and 5.5-inch cover displays, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, the 50MP wide and ultra wide cameras and the 4,800mAh battery are exactly as delivered.
On the software side, nothing differs from a standard Fold8: Galaxy AI, 5G and eSIM run as normal, and Samsung’s security support lasts until 31 July 2033. What does differ is anything that must pass wirelessly through the rear. The plating stops charging pads from working and shuts out the NFC link Samsung Wallet uses for tap-to-pay. The Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 therefore charges by USB‑C cable at up to 25W, while payments go on a card or another device.
Samsung Specifications
Galaxy Z Fold8 Under the Single Chevron
Nucleus 1.0 leaves Samsung’s hardware as it was, so we list the Galaxy Z Fold8 specifications released by Samsung Gulf. More detail sits in Samsung’s official Z Fold8 specs.
A note on charging: wireless charging and tap-to-pay are not available on this design, and the USB‑C cable does the job instead. Samsung rates the unmodified phone IP48, but after customisation please keep Nucleus 1.0 away from water entirely.
Make It Yours Engraving and Delivery
With so much open texture around one bar, the design suits a small personal touch: initials, a name, a date. Send the request through our customisation service and a specialist checks what fits, then confirms the layout before your phone is made.
Packaging is a GoldPrivé leather presentation box and gift bag. Alongside the phone you receive Samsung’s original documents, a USB‑C cable, a 20W power adapter and a certificate of authenticity, which can be checked on our verification page. Our gold phone insurance guide explains how to protect it. The adapter comes with every phone we supply; a phone you send us for customisation is returned without one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before You Order Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Questions
What exactly gets customised?
Samsung’s glass back makes way for a new hexagon-relief panel in the colour you choose. The chevron and nameplate are plated 5 to 7 microns deep, and the camera surround is matched. Frame and hinge stay unplated; screens and internals are never opened.
Is this a genuine Galaxy Z Fold8?
Yes, a factory-new and unlocked one, customised by hand in Dubai. You can also send in a Fold8 you already own and pay only for the customisation; shipping and customs both ways are at your expense.
Does it support wireless charging or Samsung Wallet?
No. The plated back of the Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 blocks both wireless charging and the NFC behind Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay, so charge it by USB‑C cable and use a card for contactless payments.
Is it water protected?
Not once customised. IP48 is Samsung’s rating for the factory phone only; keep yours dry.
What are the storage options and prices?
Choose 256GB or 512GB, each with 12GB of RAM, or 1TB with 16GB of RAM. Prices go from $ 4,590 to $ 5,290; metal and panel colour never change them.
What warranty do I get?
Buying the phone from us brings a 1-year warranty on the device and 2 years on the customisation, under GoldPrivé Care.
How do I pay?
Reserve at Leronza with a 50% deposit or pay the full amount. Questions can go to Leronza’s sales team at any time.
How does it differ from the other Rhodium designs?
It has the least metal. Nucleus 2.0 doubles the chevron, Nucleus 3.0 stacks four, and Nexus Link runs a curb chain along the textured back. The larger-screen model is the Fold8 Ultra edition.
