Nucleus 1.0 Samsung Galaxy Fold8 Ultra in 24K Gold, Rose Gold & Platinum
Price range: $ 7,430 through $ 7,860
Nucleus 1.0 lays a polished chevron and two slim rails over a dark, hexagon-textured back panel, with the accents plated in your chosen metal and the panel offered in five colours. The frame and hinge stay unplated.
Rhodium Collection Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: Chevron and Rails
The Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra opens the Nucleus series with a dark, finely textured back and a clean outline of precious metal. It starts as a brand-new, unlocked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. In our Dubai atelier the rear glass is replaced by a new back panel patterned with interlocking hexagons, and its accents are plated 5–7 microns thick in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum. It belongs to the Rhodium line in our gold Galaxy Z Fold8 collection.
A broad polished chevron sweeps beneath the camera surround, which is plated to match, and slim rails with angled line detail run down both long sides, each accent marked with small screw heads. At the base sits a small plated GoldPrivé nameplate. The renders show the Noir panel; Verdant, Royale Blue, Crimson Red and Rose Fuchsia can be selected on the product page at the same price. The frame and hinge are never plated.
Dark Panel, Bright Accents Customised Outside, Samsung Within
The close-up shows the balance of the design. The hexagon texture stays low-key in the dark, and against it the 24K Gold chevron, rails and camera surround stand out sharply. All of this sits on the new back panel. The frame and hinge of the Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra carry no plating, so the fold works exactly as Samsung designed it, and both displays, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor, the 200MP main camera and the battery are left as they came.
Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and Samsung software updates continue to work normally. Wireless charging and Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay, however, are blocked by the metal on the back, so this model charges through its USB‑C port and payments are made by card or another device.
Samsung Specifications
Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra The Numbers Behind the Nucleus
Nucleus 1.0 leaves Samsung’s hardware as it is, so the specifications listed here are the manufacturer’s, as published by Samsung Gulf. Consult Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra spec sheet for everything else.
The wireless charging and tap-to-pay row is the exception: Nucleus 1.0 charges only by USB‑C cable, and tap-to-pay is unavailable. After customisation, the Fold8 Ultra is not water resistant, so do not expose the phone to water.
Boxed and Certified What Arrives with the Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra
Inside a black leather presentation box, with a gift bag alongside, you will find the phone plus Samsung’s original documentation, a USB‑C cable, a 20W power adapter and a Certificate of Authenticity. Enter its details on our verification page to confirm the piece is genuine.
Engraving and other personal details are handled by our personalisation service: tell us what you would like, and a specialist confirms placement before production. If you are torn between cooler and warmer accents, background reading on platinum and rose gold may help.

Frequently Asked Questions
Nucleus 1.0 Answers Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: Your Questions
What is customised on Nucleus 1.0?
Samsung’s rear glass is replaced by a new hexagon-textured back panel in your chosen colour. On top sit the chevron, the side rails and a small nameplate, plated at 5 to 7 microns, and the camera surround is plated in the same metal. The frame and hinge are never plated, and the screens and internals are untouched.
Is the phone a genuine Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra?
Yes. It begins brand-new and unlocked and is customised by hand in our Dubai atelier, keeping Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and Samsung updates.
Can I use wireless charging or tap-to-pay?
No. The metal back of the Nucleus 1.0 Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra blocks wireless charging and the NFC signal for Samsung Wallet, so you charge with a USB‑C cable and pay by other means.
Is engraving available?
Yes, through our customisation page. Share your initials, name or logo, and a specialist will confirm the details before production.
Which colours and storage sizes can I choose?
The panel comes in Noir, Verdant, Royale Blue, Crimson Red or Rose Fuchsia. Storage is 256GB or 512GB with 12GB of RAM, or 1TB with 16GB of RAM.
What does Nucleus 1.0 cost?
From $ 7,430 to $ 7,860, depending on storage. Neither the panel colour nor the metal changes the price.
How are warranty and water resistance affected?
Samsung may consider a customised phone modified, which can affect the manufacturer warranty, and after customisation the phone has no water resistance. Leronza Care covers what we customise.
How does Nucleus 1.0 differ from its siblings?
Nucleus 1.0 is the only Nucleus with side rails. Nucleus 2.0 uses two chevron bars and Nucleus 3.0 stacks four, while Nexus Link swaps bars for a chain on the textured panel. For a chain on a polished back, see Prestige Link in Prime. The full line is in the Rhodium category.
