The Flora Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra wraps the back of Samsung’s book-style foldable in swirling, rose-like scrollwork that rises from the metal. Its starting point is a brand-new, unlocked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. In our Dubai atelier the rear glass gives way to a new back panel carrying the pattern, plated 5–7 microns thick in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum. Flora sits within the Prime line of our gold Galaxy Z Fold8 collection.
The ornament is well ordered. A gentle chevron band crosses the panel just below the cameras, slim side rails with fine line detail and small fixings run down the lower half, and a plated GoldPrivé nameplate closes the design at the base. The three-lens camera surround wears the same metal. The frame and hinge, by contrast, are left precisely as Samsung produced them. Every finish costs the same.

Seen up close, the Flora Gold Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra in 24K Gold shows how the relief is built up: every curl and leaf stands proud of the panel and picks up light as the phone turns, while the polished camera surround frames the lenses in matching metal. What makes the foldable work lies underneath and is never opened. The 8-inch main display and the cover screen, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chip, the 200MP camera system and the battery all remain Samsung’s, and the hinge keeps folding just as it was engineered to.
Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and Samsung’s software updates carry on without change. One trade-off comes with a metal back: it stops both wireless charging and the NFC signal behind Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay. Flora is topped up with a USB‑C cable instead, and contactless payments are made with a card or another device.
