Matte Colour iPhone 18 Pro With Gold Accents: Every Colour and the Metal to Pair It With
Most gold iPhones put the metal on the back. Leronza’s matte colour line for the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max does the opposite: the aluminium body is re-anodised in a satin colour, and only the camera rings, side buttons and logo detail are plated in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum. That leaves two choices, a body colour and an accent metal, and each product page gives its own view on which metal suits its colour. This guide puts those recommendations side by side, which the individual pages do not do.
On the site the line sits under the Rhodium heading of the Gold iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max collection. Aqua Supreme and Cacao Noir are the most recent additions.
Every colour, with the metal its own page recommends
The shade descriptions and pairings below are taken from each product page. Prices are live and show the range for orders that include a new iPhone.
| Colour | The shade, as the page describes it | First-choice metal | What the other metals do | Price range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nocturne Edition Matte black |
Deep satin black that swallows reflections | 24K Gold, the classic pairing with black | Platinum gives a colder, more technical look | $ 2,990 to $ 4,790 |
| Cacao Noir Matte chocolate |
Deep satin cocoa, darker and richer than Umber Prestige | 24K Gold, a warm glint against dark cocoa | Rose Gold deepens the warmth; Platinum adds contrast | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |
| Umber Prestige Matte brown |
Warm satin umber, closer to luggage leather than to a phone colour | Rose Gold, which sits closest in warmth | 24K Gold is richer; Platinum adds contrast | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |
| Verdant Supreme Matte green |
Deep, slightly olive green | 24K Gold, the traditional partner for green | Platinum makes it look more contemporary | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |
| Aqua Supreme Matte aqua |
Clear satin aqua, a blue-green | Platinum, for a crisp, cool look | 24K Gold adds a warm contrast; Rose Gold a soft blush | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |
| Amethyst Royale Matte purple |
Saturated satin violet that leans blue in daylight and warmer under lamplight | 24K Gold, which makes it regal | Platinum keeps it cool and graphic | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |
| Rose Impériale Matte pink |
Soft, powdery satin pink | Rose Gold, which keeps it tonal | Platinum sharpens it; 24K Gold makes it warmer still | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |
| Vermillion Signature Matte red |
Saturated vermillion, finished satin so it stays deep instead of glaring | Rose Gold, which flatters the red most | 24K Gold is bolder; Platinum is the coolest option | $ 3,290 to $ 5,090 |

Vermillion SignatureStart from the metal you already wear
The accent metal covers a small area, so it works best when it matches something you already carry: a watch, a ring, a pen. Reading the table the other way round gives a shortlist for each metal.
If you wear yellow gold
- Nocturne Edition (black)
- Cacao Noir (chocolate)
- Verdant Supreme (green)
- Amethyst Royale (purple)
If you wear rose gold
- Umber Prestige (brown)
- Rose Impériale (pink)
- Vermillion Signature (red)
If you wear steel or platinum
- Aqua Supreme (aqua) is the one page that puts Platinum first
- Every other page lists Platinum as an alternative, usually for a cooler or higher-contrast look
These are first choices, not rules. Every colour is offered in all three metals, and the metal does not change the price: on each product page the 24K Gold, Rose Gold and Platinum options cost the same for a given size and capacity.
Or start from how you want the phone to come across
The product pages are candid about where each colour sits in the line. In their own terms:
- The practical one: Nocturne Edition. Its page says matte black shows marks less than any other finish Leronza offers.
- The quiet ones: Umber Prestige is described as the quietest colour in the line, and Cacao Noir as the darkest of the warm tones, for depth instead of shine.
- The loud ones: Vermillion Signature is called the most extrovert colour Leronza makes, and Amethyst Royale the boldest choice in the line.
- The gift: Rose Impériale is described as the colour most often ordered as a gift. Its page suggests a monogram engraved on the frame; ask the team about engraving before you order.
- The lightest: Aqua Supreme is described as the freshest colour, for people who want the phone to feel light and modern.
- The collector’s pick: Verdant Supreme. Its page calls green and gold a heritage combination borrowed from watchmaking.
How to read the price range
Each range in the table covers orders that include a new iPhone, so the two ends describe different phones.
- The lowest figure is a new phone at the smallest size and capacity. It is the “Include a new iPhone 18” option at the Pro size with 256 GB.
- Sending in your own phone costs less than the range shown. Every colour also has a “Use my own iPhone” option, where Leronza refinishes a phone you supply. Its price sits below the figures in the table and appears on the product page when you select it. The send-in guide explains how it works.
- The highest figure is a new Pro Max at the largest capacity. New-phone orders come in 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB.
- Size and capacity move the price; the metal does not. For what the step from Pro to Pro Max adds across the wider range, see the Pro or Pro Max comparison.
What the matte finish changes in daily use
The colour is produced by anodising, which the pages describe as bonded into the aluminium, not a wrap or a film sitting on top. Three practical points follow from that.
Wireless charging stays
No precious metal is laid across the back, so every page in this line lists MagSafe and Qi2 as unchanged. Leronza’s fully plated designs do not support wireless charging. The MagSafe guide compares every iPhone 18 Pro family on this point.
Care is simple
The pages give the same advice for every colour: wipe with a soft dry cloth, and keep solvents and abrasive cleaners away, because they can dull an anodised surface. The plated accents follow the usual rules in the care guide.

Ordering
Each piece is made to order in Dubai. You choose the size, capacity and accent metal on the product page, then pay a 50% deposit or pay in full; the payment guide covers the methods. Customisation takes roughly one to two weeks, and shipping is complimentary, insured and tracked, with a signature required. Because the work is made to order, returns are not available, so it is worth settling the colour and metal before you commit. The product pages list a leather presentation box, Apple’s documentation, a Certificate of Authenticity, a USB-C cable and a 20W adapter with each phone.
