The Same Process Across All Five Device Families
Whatever you send in, the ordering steps are the same as the phone service: tell Leronza the exact model and what you want, receive a firm quote and visual mockups before anything is taken apart, pay a 50% deposit (per item) or pay in full, and settle the balance before handover. Customisation takes roughly 1–2 weeks with an estimated dispatch of 7–14 working days, and custom engraving — a name, initials, a message, or a logo — is available as a paid add-on.
