Texture does the talking on the Pyramid Gold Galaxy S26 Ultra. We take a brand-new, unlocked Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and rework its exterior by hand in Dubai, adding a new back panel and plating it, together with the frame, in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum to a depth of 5–7 microns. The design is one of the Prime pieces in our gold Galaxy S26 Ultra collection.
The back is covered in a hobnail pattern of tiny raised pyramids, and each facet meets the light at its own angle, so the surface shimmers as the phone moves. A smooth, polished chevron band cuts across it below the cameras, secured by small screw fixings, while a plated GoldPrivé nameplate finishes the lower edge. The lens rings follow whichever metal you select, and all three are priced the same.
Surface and Substance Textured Outside, Untouched Inside
Customisation is confined to the shell. Samsung’s glass back is removed in favour of a new panel that carries the texture and the plating, and the Armor Aluminum frame is plated in matching metal. Beneath that exterior, the Pyramid Gold Galaxy S26 Ultra keeps Samsung’s own 6.9-inch display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor, cameras and battery, none of which we open or adjust. Galaxy AI, 5G, eSIM and software updates are unaffected.
Metal does cost a little convenience. Neither wireless charging nor the NFC link behind Samsung Wallet tap-to-pay can pass through the plated panel, so Pyramid is charged with a USB‑C cable and cannot pay by tapping.

What does the Pyramid customisation involve?
We replace the rear glass with a new back panel textured in raised pyramids and crossed by a polished chevron band, then plate it at 5 to 7 microns. The Armor Aluminum frame receives the same metal, and the lens rings are finished to match. Nothing inside the phone is changed.
Is Pyramid made from a real Samsung?
Absolutely. The base is a brand-new, unlocked Galaxy S26 Ultra, customised by hand in our Dubai atelier. The S Pen, the 200MP main camera, Galaxy AI and Samsung updates carry on working normally.
Will wireless charging and Samsung Wallet work?
Not with the plated back in place. Metal blocks the wireless charging field and the NFC signal needed for tap-to-pay, so the Pyramid Gold Galaxy S26 Ultra charges by USB‑C cable only. For wireless charging, consider a design from the Classic range, where Samsung’s back glass stays in place.
