A gold-finished device, a plated heirloom or a stone-set commission is not — it is one object, made once, for one person, from materials that behave differently every time. Some Bad Reviews
Are Not Ours.
The brand is copied, and counterfeit sellers trade on the name. When someone is disappointed by a piece bought through an unofficial channel, that experience frequently gets written up as a Leronza review.
Before buying anywhere, check the site is genuine and, once a piece arrives, check the serial number. Both take under a minute and are the only reliable answer.

Reviews on this page are pulled in from the public platforms where clients leave them, rather than typed out by us. Nothing is hand-picked, and nothing is rewritten.
Why There Are No Star Ratings on Product Pages
Most of what Leronza makes is commissioned rather than picked off a shelf, and a one-off piece cannot meaningfully carry a product rating built from other people’s orders. Feedback is therefore collected centrally, about the work and the service, rather than scattered across individual listings.
What Good Feedback Usually Mentions
The finish in real light, how the piece feels in the hand, whether the timeline matched what was promised, and how it arrived. Those are the things worth weighing, because they are the things that are actually within our control.
What Reviews Cannot Tell You
Whether your piece will look like theirs. Natural materials — mother of pearl, exotic leather, shell — differ sheet to sheet, and hand engraving and stone setting are never mechanically identical. Two clients ordering the same collection on the same day receive two different objects, and that is the point of the work rather than a flaw in it.
Where the Counterfeits Come In
Leronza is imitated, and poor experiences with unofficial sellers regularly end up written as reviews of the brand. Only leronza.com is the official website; every genuine piece carries a serial-numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Confirm the first through official website verification and the second through product verification.
See It Instead of Reading About It

How do I leave a review?

Why are there no star ratings on individual products?
Because most pieces are made once, for one client. A rating aggregated from other people’s one-off commissions would not tell you anything reliable about yours, so feedback is collected centrally about the work and the service instead.
Will my piece look exactly like the one in a review?
Close, but not identical. Natural materials such as mother of pearl and exotic leather vary sheet to sheet, and hand engraving and stone setting are never mechanically the same twice. You approve a visual mockup of your own piece before production starts.
I saw a bad review — was that a genuine Leronza order?
Not always. The brand is widely counterfeited and disappointing purchases from unofficial sellers are often written up as Leronza reviews. Only leronza.com is the official website, and every genuine piece carries a serial-numbered certificate you can check.
Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?
Contact us before writing a review, because that is what gets it fixed. Email sales@leronza.com with your order number, or call +971 600 56 00 34. Finish issues go to Leronza Care with your serial number.
Can I return a piece if I do not like it?
No — every piece is custom-made to order for one customer, so returns are not offered. That is exactly why visual mockups are sent for approval before production begins and every detail is confirmed in writing first.
Is there a warranty?
Two years on the customisation for non-electronic items, provided the protective foil is not removed; a limited warranty applies to electronics, confirmed in writing for your device. Lifetime service support runs through the authorised Leronza service centre.
Can I see the work in person first?
Yes. The Dubai showroom is open Monday to Saturday and takes walk-ins — details on the contact page. Ten minutes with the three finishes side by side answers more than any photograph.
