Step by step

Six Steps from Your Door to Ours

Tap a step to open it.

1

Place your order

  • On the product page, turn on “I already have an iPhone”.
  • Choose your model and finish, then pay in full or with a 50% deposit.
  • Keep the order number from your confirmation email.

Please do not ship a phone before you have an order number.

2

Prepare the phone

  • Back it up to iCloud or your computer.
  • Switch off Find My (Settings → your name → Find My) so we can test the phone after the work.
  • Remove the SIM card and the case.
  • Keep the box, the cable and the charger at home. Send the phone only.
3

Photograph and pack

  • Photograph the phone from every side, so its condition is on record.
  • Wrap it in bubble wrap and place it in a rigid box with no room to move.
  • Put a note inside with your order number, full name and phone number.
4

Book the courier and declare the phone

  • Use DHL Express or another tracked courier, insured for the phone’s full value.
  • Choose duties and taxes paid by sender.
  • Describe the contents exactly as shown on the sample label below, with the phone’s real value.
  • Address it to our atelier.
5

Send us the tracking number

6

Arrival, work and return

  • Arrival: we confirm receipt with photos the day it lands.
  • Approval: we send mockups before any work starts.
  • Return: once the work is done and the balance and return courier fee are paid, the phone goes back by insured DHL Express under its protective foil, with tracking sent to you.

Your Leronza order number
  1. Be accurate. Customs officers compare the description and value with what is in the box.
  2. Paid by sender means the duties are billed to you, not to us, so the parcel is not held waiting for payment in Dubai.
  3. Insure the full value. If anything happens in transit, your courier’s insurance is what covers it.
  4. Add your order number as the shipment reference so we can match the parcel to your order.

Questions

Shipping FAQ

Which iPhones can I send?

Any iPhone Pro or Pro Max from the iPhone 12 series to the iPhone 18 series. Storage size does not matter.

Do I pay for shipping and customs?

Yes, in both directions. You pay the courier and transit insurance to Dubai and any duties, taxes or clearance fees there, and you pay the return courier and any import charges your country applies when the phone comes back. The price of your order covers the customisation only.

What if my parcel is held at customs?

Contact us straight away with the tracking number. We can send you the order confirmation for the customs office, but clearing the parcel and any charges it carries are your responsibility.

Can I use a courier other than DHL?

Yes, as long as the service is tracked and insured for the phone’s full value.

Should I send the box and charger?

No. Send the phone only and keep everything else at home.

What happens if the phone arrives damaged?

We photograph every phone the day it arrives and contact you before doing anything. Damage in transit is a claim against your courier insurance, which is why insuring the full value matters.

I am in Dubai. Do I need a courier?

No. Bring the phone to the Business Bay showroom, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and hand it over in person.

Not Sure About Something?

Tell us your country and your model before you ship, and we will walk you through it.
