A Nautical Knit Gold Apple Watch Series 12 Hermès Bleu Nuit En Mer, Inspired by the Sea
En mer is French for ‘at sea’, and the Gold Apple Watch Series 12 Hermès Bleu Nuit En Mer wears that idea openly: a night-blue knit band with raised diagonal ridges that roll across it like swell on open water. We fit it to a brand-new Apple Watch Series 12 whose aluminium case is plated in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum in our Dubai atelier, and it is the most expensive pairing in our gold Apple Watch Series 12 collection.

Knit, Keeper and Buckle A Plated Pin Buckle, an Untouched Watch
Plating goes onto four parts: the aluminium case, the Digital Crown, the side button and the band’s buckle. The knit itself, including its fabric keeper loop, is not plated. Everything Apple engineered stays as Apple left it: the display, the S11 chip, the sensors, the battery and the sensor back, whose original finish lets the Apple Watch Magnetic Fast Charger attach and charge normally.
The fastening is a traditional pin buckle. The strap passes through the frame, the pin drops into a hole and the keeper holds the loose end flat, so nothing needs sizing before delivery. Look closely and the flat bar across the buckle shows the engraved Hermès name, now in the same metal as your case.
