GoldPrivé customises professional Shure and Sennheiser microphones in three precious finishes — 24K Gold, Rose Gold and Platinum — each plated by hand at our Dubai atelier to a thickness of 5 to 7 microns. The instrument underneath is genuine and unmodified: we finish the housing and grille, never the capsule or the electronics.
Why the Capsule Is Never Touched
A microphone is a precision transducer. Plating the wrong component would change its frequency response, so we don't. The cartridge, the shock mount and the internal wiring are left exactly as the manufacturer built them, which is why every microphone in this collection still measures and sounds like the professional tool it is — and why touring engineers and broadcast studios can use them without a second thought.

Choosing Your Gold Microphone

Wired Handheld — Shure SM58
If you want one microphone that will never let you down, this is it. The SM58 is the cardioid dynamic that has been the default on stages worldwide for decades: a tailored vocal response, a built-in spherical filter that tames wind and plosives, and a pneumatic shock mount that keeps handling noise out of the signal. In gold, it becomes a gift or a centrepiece that still goes to work.
Statement Piece — Shure SM55 Super Deluxe
The one everybody recognises. Its vintage grille and supercardioid pattern give tight off-axis rejection and a genuinely distinctive silhouette. This is the microphone to choose when the instrument has to look as memorable as it sounds — on camera, on a launch stage or in a showcase.
Digital Wireless — Sennheiser EW-D 835-S Set
Our flagship wireless system, and the most capable microphone in the collection. The EW-D 835-S Set pairs the EW-D SKM-S handheld transmitter and MMD 835 cardioid capsule with a single-channel EW-D EM receiver. Because the link is digital, it carries 134 dB of input dynamic range — enough that you never set gain before a performance — at a latency of 1.9 ms, secured with AES-256 encryption. It finds clean frequencies and syncs itself, and runs up to 8 hours on AA cells or 12 with the BA 70 pack.
Wireless with Sparkle — Shure Supernova
The same freedom from cables, styled for the occasion rather than the rack: a Shure wireless handheld finished in gold and set with crystal detailing, for events where the microphone is part of the spectacle.
Boardrooms — Sennheiser MAT 133-B Gooseneck
A table-stand system with the ME 36 gooseneck capsule and a programmable mute or push-to-talk button. Its highly directional pickup keeps room noise out and speech intelligible, which is what makes it the choice for conference suites, council chambers and diplomatic settings where the table itself is on display. Matching multi-seat sets can be produced to order.

All items are custom-made to order with precious and rare materials, with a typical lead time of 7 to 14 days. Please note that once an order has been placed it constitutes a contract to customise the specified item and cannot be cancelled.
