Gold Apple iPad in 24K Gold, Rose Gold & Platinum
$ 4,390$ 3,690
Apple’s everyday iPad, the 11-inch iPad (A16), with its aluminium back, sides and camera ring plated in Rose Gold, Platinum or 24K Gold. Every unit has 256GB and Wi-Fi + Cellular with 5G, at one price for any finish.
The Everyday iPad, Elevated The Gold Apple iPad: Apple’s Everyday Tablet, Plated in Metal
For many people this is the iPad they reach for daily: browsing, video calls, homework, a film on a flight. The Gold Apple iPad takes that model, Apple’s iPad (A16), and has our Dubai atelier plate its aluminium back and sides in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum. It is the everyday member of our gold iPad collection, and a thoughtful gift for family or a graduate.
There is a single configuration: the 11-inch Liquid Retina display at 2360 by 1640 pixels, 256GB of storage and Wi-Fi + Cellular with 5G over eSIM. Touch ID is built into the top button, and the 12MP Center Stage front camera is positioned for landscape use.
Outside Ours, Inside Apple’s A Plated Shell Around an Unchanged iPad
The customisation is purely external. We plate the aluminium enclosure, both the back and the sides, at 5–7 microns, and finish the ring around the single rear camera in the same metal. Display glass and camera lens are left exactly as they were, and the Apple logo and iPad wording remain visible on the plated back. Our photographs show 24K Gold plating; the Rose Gold and Platinum versions follow the same design.
The A16 chip, display, battery, cameras, speakers and software are exactly as Apple made them, and iPadOS updates install as normal. One thing to know: a plated metal finish can slightly affect wireless performance, meaning Wi-Fi and cellular reception. Apple Pencil (USB-C) pairs and charges by cable on this model, not on the edge. If strong reception is critical for you, ask a Leronza specialist before ordering.
Apple Specifications
iPad (A16) Apple’s Figures for the Everyday iPad
Each row is taken from Apple’s own published specifications for the iPad (A16). We omit how heavy it is, as plating adds a little. Apple’s iPad technical specifications carry the complete list.
Clean the plated back with nothing more than a soft, dry, lint-free cloth; abrasive and chemical cleaners are not suitable. Hand cream, perfume and cosmetics should stay off it too. As iPad has no rating against water, keep cups and other liquids at a safe distance.
Ready to Give Personalise Your Gold Apple iPad
Presentation matters when a piece is a gift. The Gold Apple iPad arrives in a black leather presentation box with a gift bag, along with Apple’s documentation, the accessories Apple provides and a Certificate of Authenticity that can be checked on our certificate verification page.
An engraving on the plated back makes it personal: a child’s name, a couple’s initials, a signature, a treasured photograph, artwork or a company logo. Send your idea through our engraving service; each design depends on feasibility and is agreed with a Leronza specialist before production. You can pay a 50% deposit or the full price. The specialist confirms finish and engraving, the iPad is made to order within a typical 2 to 3 weeks, and it is delivered worldwide from Dubai. Orders are custom-made and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything Else Gold Apple iPad: Common Questions
Which parts of this iPad do you plate?
Three areas: the back, the sides and the ring around the rear camera, plated at 5 to 7 microns. The display glass and camera lens stay untouched.
Is the iPad (A16) inside changed in any way?
No. The A16 chip with its 5-core CPU and 4-core GPU, the display, battery, cameras and speakers are Apple’s own, and iPadOS updates install as normal.
What size and storage does it come in?
One configuration only: 11-inch with 256GB, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 5G via eSIM, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
What could I have engraved?
Initials, names, signatures, photographs, artwork or a company logo, subject to design feasibility and agreed with a Leronza specialist before work begins. Requests go through the customisation page.
Which Apple Pencil and keyboard work with it?
Apple Pencil (USB-C) pairs and charges by cable, and Apple Pencil (1st generation) also works. For typing, the Magic Keyboard Folio works as normal. The wireless note above concerns Wi-Fi and cellular reception.
How much is the Gold Apple iPad?
It is $ 4,390 for the single 11-inch, 256GB configuration, whichever of the three finishes you choose.
What care does the plated finish need?
Only a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners and cosmetics, keep it away from liquids, and contact Leronza Care for aftercare.
How does it compare with the iPad Air and iPad mini?
It is the everyday choice, with an 11-inch screen, Touch ID and Magic Keyboard Folio support. The iPad Air (M4) steps up to the M4 chip, 11-inch or 13-inch sizes and Apple Pencil Pro, and the iPad mini (A17 Pro) is the 8.3-inch, one-hand model; both support Apple Intelligence, which the iPad (A16) does not. Our gold iPad range shows all four.
