Leronza’s site shows prices in whichever currency you’re browsing in, but that’s not necessarily what you’re actually charged. Every order is placed and paid in either US dollars or UAE dirhams — nothing else — regardless of what currency the product page displayed. Here’s exactly how that works, and what to check before you check out.
Browsing Currency vs. Paying Currency
You can browse Leronza’s catalog with prices displayed in your own local currency — that’s a genuine convenience for comparing costs before you commit. But when you actually place an order, the checkout settles in US dollars, unless you were browsing specifically in AED, in which case it settles in AED. There’s no third option: every other currency on the site is for display only.

Leronza’s payment processor, CCAvenue, needs to charge in a currency it actually settles in, and the site’s currency display (powered by the WOOCS plugin) exists mainly so international visitors can get a realistic sense of cost while browsing. Rather than let a mismatch happen silently at the payment gateway, Leronza’s checkout explicitly recalculates your cart in USD the moment you start the checkout process, and shows you that number before you pay.

Real Prices Are Still in USD First
Every price you see across this blog and Leronza’s product pages — including the live prices we quote in our other guides — is sourced from the site’s underlying USD price.
