Forged Carbon, Marbled
CarbonFiber Royale uses forged carbon rather than woven — chopped fibre compression-moulded under heat so the surface comes out marbled instead of gridded, with no two panels alike. It is the finish used on high-end automotive and watch cases, and it suits a foldable particularly well because there is no weave direction to align across the hinge; the marbling simply flows. Framed in 24K Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum at 5 to 7 microns.
No Two Panels Alike
Forged carbon's pattern is a consequence of how the fibre bundles settle in the mould, so it cannot be specified or repeated. We mould more panels than we need and pair the two closest for each device, but a visible difference in marbling between the halves is inherent to the material rather than a fault. The hinge spine can be left plain or diamond-set against the dark marbling.

CarbonFiber Royale ships in a luxury leather presentation case with original Apple documentation, a Certificate of Authenticity, a USB-C cable and a complimentary 20W adapter. The iPhone is fully unlocked and under Apple warranty.
